For truly Neapolitan style pizza, Bavaro’s is the original in Tampa Bay and the first traditional Neapolitan pizza in Florida. Using only the highest quality and imported ingredients of flour, tomatoes, meats and cheeses, the menu bursts with flavors. In fact, the pizza dough is made with a 100 year-old natural yeast starter, that Dan has had in his possession for 12 years. 

Weekends are a great time to dine at the St. Pete location with a special Italian-inspired Southern Brunch menu. Created by Executive Chef Logan Canavan and veteran Pizzaiolo, Nick Cacciatore, the menu includes savory and sweet dishes. Kick start the day with a delicious Farro Power Bowl made with two eggs, farro, homemade spicy sausage, sun-dried tomato, feta, roasted peppers and mushrooms. Other brunch favorites include Shrimp & Grits Italiano, Southern Biscuits & Gravy, Amaretto Pancakes and French Toast. Enjoy bottomless Mimosas, delicious Italian-inspired craft cocktails, beer and wine.
