Birch & Vine at The Birchwood

Located inside the historic hotel on bustling Beach Drive in downtown St. Petersburg, Birch & Vine offers a delicious and tantalizing menu for lunch and dinner, under the direction of newly named Executive Chef Lee Aquino. Chef Lee has a dynamic personality and hands on work ethic, whose goal is to continue to elevate the dining experience at Birch & Vine. “After six successful years as Executive Sous Chef of the Tampa Yacht and Country Club, I felt it was time to check out the other side of the Bay,” said Chef Lee Aquino. “We couldn’t be more excited to have Lee lead our Birch & Vine team,” added owner Chuck Prather, “We’ve already seen amazing things happening here!” Chef Lee is known for pairing seasonal flavors with bold presentations that excite the senses. Don’t be surprised when you see and taste what Chef Lee will be adding to the menus already filled with locally sourced seafood, meats and vegetables.

Weekends are for brunching! The Birch & Vine features 1/2 off bottles of Bubbles on Sunday and Bottomless Mimosas and $4.50 Bloody Marys and Belinis on Saturday and Sunday.
