Over the years, Dr. Lisa Saff Koche has continued to set herself apart by maintaining a private practice while being one of the very few internal medicine physicians in Tampa focused on disease prevention and mitochondrial health through a functional medicine approach.

Lisa Saff Koche, M.D., is a Triple Board – Certified Physician, Founder and Director of Spectra Wellness Solutions, Owner of LIT Labs Performance Center, and Lead Physician and Speaker for Tony Robbins Life Mastery Health Program.

Dr. Lisa is a truth seeker paving the way for access to unbiased science and medical freedom. Ever since her own exposure to the medical field due to childhood leukemia and heart failure from chemo, she has been focused on finding the root cause of disease rather than treating symptoms.

She specializes in anti-aging and biohacking through regenerative, traditional, and functional medicine. She focuses on all aspects required for total body healing including nutrition, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, stem cells, exosomes, enhancing mitochondrial function, and more. She believes deeply in a collaborative approach to medicine and has a team of gifted healers that work together to create individualized treatment plans.
