Naseem Hollander
Community Leader &
Philanthropic Supporter
A true Tampa native, Naseem Hollander’s roots run deep in the community she proudly calls home. Born at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital and educated at Berkeley Preparatory School, Naseem went on to earn her marketing degree from Florida State University—remaining an ardent Seminole at heart.
With an enduring passion for philanthropy and community engagement, Naseem has been an active member of The Junior League of Tampa for more than a decade and now serves as a sustainer. She is also a Benefactor member of the Philanthropic Women of St. Joseph’s Hospital and has led numerous school initiatives, including serving as Preschool Parent Association president and co-chairing her daughter’s preschool gala for four consecutive years.
Alongside her husband, Michael, Naseem helps safeguard Tampa Bay homes through their company, Weather Tite Windows, while generously supporting countless local charities. Deeply committed to making a difference, Naseem lends her energy to causes such as the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, Heart Gallery of Tampa Bay, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Mason Dixon’s Christmas Wish Fund, Redefining Refuge, Trey Curry Foundation, and the Children’s Cancer Center—all while cherishing every adventure shared with her children. Naseem is planning to start her own foundation soon.
