Michael Lundy, OLDER LUNDY’s Managing and Founding Partner, has a background in corporate finance and complicated business transactions making him uniquely qualified to handle complex financial issues that most family law attorneys simply cannot.
His clients appreciate his strong work ethic, service and most importantly, the results he achieves. While he is a highly skilled trial attorney, he also understands how to get a deal done and always keeps the client’s needs first.
Michael began building what is now one of the largest family law practices in Florida in 2003. His entrepreneurial drive has led him to expand the firm into a variety of other areas — business litigation, personal injury, property insurance coverage disputes, estate planning, real estate, land use and development and more.

Michael is a Yale graduate and Florida native. He lives in Tampa with his wife and two children.
