Just in time for a weekend cocktail. A great way to quench the thirst!!

Old Camp Fashioned
1½ oz Old Camp Peach Pecan Whiskey @oldcampwhiskey
¾ oz ginger liqueur
3 dashes aromatic bitters
1 tsp *cinnamon-honey simple syrup
Candied ginger (for garnish)

Combine ingredients in a mixing vessel with ice & stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large, clear cube. Garnish with candied ginger.

*Cinnamon-honey simple syrup: Add 6 oz of water & 6 oz of honey to a sauce pan over medium heat & stir to combine. Add 2-3 cinnamon sticks & simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat & let cool before straining out the cinnamon sticks. Store in the fridge.
