2023 Charity Polo Classic

Morgan Auto Group Charity Polo Classic

When: February 25, 2023
Where: DI Polo

The 11th annual Morgan Auto Group Charity Polo Classic presented by SFLAA and OLAA whisked guests away for an epic Mediterranean-inspired fundraising event. The all-volunteer board and committee led by Board President Christi Winsor and Board Chair Kelly Becker planned an immersive event featuring blue mosaic tiles, fresh citrus, and climbing greenery that transported guests in ‘White Lotus’ style luxury courtesy of décor from FH Events, CHIC Event Furniture and Elite Events & Rentals!

Guests donned big hats and bow ties, sipped flutes of prosecco, watched a live polo match and stomped divots, all while raising money for local charities which included the Children’s Cancer Center, Clothes to Kids, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, the Morgan Auto Group Helping Hand Fund, and nearly 2 dozen additional non profit organizations.

The event broke all previous records, raising more than $680,000 which goes right back into the Tampa Bay community. Over 1000 area philanthropists were in attendance, including top sponsors such as Morgan Auto Group, SLFAA/OLAA, True Warranty, Dealer General, Amity Benefits, Reynolds and Reynolds, Paycom, The Bigger Family, The Peters Family Foundation and BankOZK.

Delicious bites and libations were generously provided by businesses including All About Food Trucks, Sysco, Bolay, Pepin, London Essence Co, Winestream, Glory Days Grill, Little Greek, Oronzo, Dark Door Spirits, Touch Vodka, Uncle Nearest, and Papa’s Pilar Rum to name a few, along with musical performances by LaRon Hearst, Fresh Fix Band, Breezin’ Entertainment and DJ Fresh.
